Highlights
: The Jan meeting began at 4PM, providing two hours of continuing education, and was followed by our holiday season party & White Elephant exchange. In Nov, per close vote by membership, the annual Jan Christmas Party was cancelled in lieu of a formal meeting providing two hours of continuing education.

Highlights:
Membership dues increased from $25 per year to $90; the fee was increased to include cost of member meals at each meeting – prior to this, members paid for their individual meals at each meeting. Web Master made member of the Board. Jan was the last meeting flier/bulletin faxed to members; all future notification to be posted on web site. Prior to the Nov meeting, CAREA board members/cadre met with a group of personnel from northern Colorado (Nancy Wyatt-appraiser & Elizabeth Million & Christine Thompson – Washington Mutual), who were being encouraged by the Colorado State Board of Real Estate Appraisers (Lee Ormiston in attendance), to establish an organization similar to ours to benefit appraisers in the northern half of the state. Ideas were exchanged.
