CAREA General Membership Meeting 7-18-2012

Representatives from Marshall & Swift talked about using their materials to develop a credible cost valuation.  There are several formats available from Marshall & Swift, there is the traditional book that is definitions by most appraisers and there is also a CD/Web based format that is by Dawn popularity.  Matzoon course touched on the differences in the categories and how the new UAD definitions can be related to the condition deifinitions in the handbook.
