In our continuing to provide our members the tools necessary to streamline the appraisal process, we are offering this time to become familiar with Excel basics.  Our hope is that you will be able to use Excel to save you valuable time and defend your reasoning within your work files.

Excel can be a powerful tool for appraisers to use within the appraisal process.  This course is not designed to be an all encompassing class on Microsoft Excel, but rather is designed to give the appraiser an introduction to working within Microsoft Excel.  The most frequently used basic commands and functions in  Excel 2003, 2007, and 2010 will be covered.

6:30 - 7:00       Getting Started with Excel

7:00  - 7:15      Developing a  Workbook

10 minute break
