Marshall & Swift Residential Cost Handbook Training

This course will provided an overview of the Marshall & Swift square foot method for estimating value via the Cost Approach, one of the three classic valuation approaches.
Course participants will gain knowledge to properly apply the techniques required to develop accurate and supportable real-property value estimates using cost and localization data compiled and published by Marshall & Swift. Related, integral topics covered will include depreciation, the identification/classification of construction quality grades, and the inclusion of items/factors beyond those provided by Marshall & Swift fo tully and accurately develop Cost Approach value estimates. The course will conclude with a hands-on case study and a question and answer session.
