Cool Tools: What you REALLY Need to Know!

Join us on November 5 as JoAnn Apostol will be discussing cool tools.  The course is designed to discuss the responsibilities of the appraiser when using various tools for market conditions and adjustment support.

The course will highlight the relevant USPAP rules and sections on page 109 and 110 of the 2024-2025 GRM. Then we will discuss the data and why good data is important. After which we will discuss the output and responsibilities of the appraiser to ensure that the outcomes are credible.

The idea behind the class is to show what went wrong, how it went wrong, and how the students can problem solve, improve their data, and provide reliable and credible adjustments using the data that is available from their MLS systems.
